Shipping Policy

We offer the following shipping options:

All of our shipments come with a tracking number. We use USPS, Canada Post, and local carriers to ensure packages arrive quickly and safely.
 

Once the carrier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. That being said, if you have any questions or concerns with your package, do not hesitate to reach out to us through the contact page.

For international packages, any applicable taxes and duties are included in the checkout total. Please email us if the local carrier requires any further documents or proof of payment. If a package is returned to us because the package was not claimed, insufficient address or failure to pay customs and duties, we will either have your order reshipped or store credited.

Return Policy

We are sorry the product you ordered didn’t meet your expectations. We are, of course, happy to give you a refund if you are within our 30 day return policy.
 

Please follow the steps below so that we can quickly process your return.  

We want you to be happy with your purchase so any unused bottle or accessory in resalable condition, with its original packaging intact, can be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. 
 

To initiate a return of an unused item, please contact our Customer Service.  Please have your order information available. 

NOTE: We do not offer exchanges. 
 

The following will NOT be accepted for returns:

  • Products that have been used or contain traces of a substance in the container

  • Customer damaged items caused by misuse 

  • Any item without a receipt or order number
     

Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Shipping labels are not provided, however there are no restocking fees.
 

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

Please allow 3-7 business days for your return shipped date for your return to be fully checked in and account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service
